In 2023, PegPack planted its first corporate forest in Guatemala, with more than 150 trees, contributing to the reforestation of 1,400 square meters and supporting local families. The project continued to grow in 2024, expanding the forest area and increasing support for local communities. Since 2024, more than 75,000 kg of CO2 have been absorbed thanks to our corporate forest.

RECYCLING AND RESPONSIBLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
PegPack promotes the recycling of treated wood in accordance with the guidelines of the Ri-legno consortium and reuses production waste as an energy source for company heating. Achieving PEFC certification confirms the company’s commitment to using raw materials from sustainably managed forests, according to principles of environmental, social, and ecological responsibility.
