We design and manufacture custom wooden crates, cages, and structures for domestic and international shipments. Each package is developed according to the dimensions, weight, and technical specifications of the product to be protected, ensuring strength, reliability, and compliance with current regulations.

To complete the project, we define the internal setup with fastenings, spacers, and shock-absorbing systems to stabilize the load and reduce stress during transport and handling. For critical routes or prolonged storage, we integrate additional protective solutions, such as barrier materials and anti-corrosion systems, useful for preserving the product from humidity, condensation, and external agents. By also taking care of operational aspects, we prepare optimized configurations for gripping, lifting, and anchoring, facilitating container loading phases and activities in transit warehouses.

Upon request, we also manage export preparation with dedicated treatments and markings, accompanying the packaging with technical information and supporting documentation for faster and more controlled handling through to delivery.
