Depending on the intended use, we develop configurations that improve stability and weight distribution, reducing the risk of twisting, deformation, and vibration during handling and transport.

To ensure consistent performance over time, we can integrate structural reinforcements, crosspieces, decks, and stringers, as well as strapping and fastening points, spacers, stops, and specific housings for delicate or bulky components. Attention to functionality also extends to space optimization: targeted sizing, stackability, and compatibility with racking, loading bays, and warehouse processes, with the aim of improving operational performance and space utilization.

Upon request, we prepare solutions designed for repetitive flows or automation, with standardized geometries and controlled tolerances, helping to make handling and picking phases more efficient. We complete the offer with technical guidance and support in choosing the most suitable solution, so as to obtain a base or pallet consistent with the usage cycle, handling frequency, and expected storage conditions.
